This notice describes the information collected for the 2026 audition cycle, how it may be used, and how long certain audition media may be retained.
How it is used
The information and materials may be used by 713 Philharmonic and authorized representatives of Marsaw Media, LLC for audition, casting, scheduling, and related administrative purposes.
Retention and deletion
Unselected applicant videos, headshots, résumés, and related audition media will be retained for up to 90 days after final casting decisions and then deleted, unless longer retention is required for an active administrative or legal matter.
Submission consent
By submitting, an applicant confirms that they have authority to share the materials and permits 713 Philharmonic and authorized representatives of Marsaw Media, LLC to access them for audition, casting, scheduling, and related administrative purposes.
